| 2. Recruitment process and candidate attraction creation. The next stage is to create the recruitment process and plan to meet all of your requirements as an organisation. This includes developing our internal processes with the account manager and the team who will support them to ensure you find the best available candidates. The team will create their work flow, so all stages of your process are completed. We will either create our own telephone and video screening documents or adopt your own in-house systems to ensure complete consistency in all candidate screening and interviewing standards. We will also implement our advertising and search processes to reach the furthest and deepest parts of the target market. This can include traditional online advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, both e-marketing and traditional marketing, and our own website.
