Our client is an established and successful high volume manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Job You’ll be Doing;
Collate, maintain and distribute global reporting documents in line with the corporate business calendar:
Coordinate with the team to prepare data and presentations for monthly commercial committee and commercial reviews
Office Management, including orders and administration, keeping the team diary
Support Sales Teams with claims management, tracking commercial issues and budget and travel administration
About You;
Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Office
Highly organised and motivated, considered as a 'self-starter'
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Confident and outgoing
Competent and confident in managing data
Able to work flexibly
