MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our incredibly prestigious award-winning Seaham based client with their plans for growth and expansion, for their state-of-the-art Customer Service operation.

They are looking to recruit a permanent Marketing Executive as soon as possible.

The job you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement loyalty programmes and strategies to increase customer lifetime value and repeat business.

  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and personalised communication to engage customers.

  • Build on and optimise any current email automations with the goal to increase key metrics.

  • Develop and implement effective email campaigns and flows to compliment the overall marketing strategy.

  • Manage the integration and effective use of CRM systems to enhance customer data analysis, segmentation, and targeted marketing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to recommend improvements to the loyalty programme.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programmes and CRM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align loyalty strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners and internal teams, to enhance programme effectiveness.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in loyalty marketing and CRM, and incorporate these learnings into our strategy.

  • Working Hours: Based on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm / 9am – 6pm on a 1 week rotational cycle.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, and e-commerce within a retail or B2C environment.

  • Proven and demonstratable experience in email marketing within a B2B organistation.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and email marketing tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative loyalty strategies.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A desire to learn and develop in the role or beyond

  • Be focused on helping people and resolving their queries

  • Be determined to succeed – both for yourself and your customers

  • A good level of IT skill and an ability to multitask on computer-based programmes

  • Flexible towards work.
