The Role you will be doing;

  • Playing a critical role in analysing and interpreting data to enhance understanding, optimise services, and help inform strategic decisions.

  • Using technology to add value to services and departments including data and content across multiple platforms and devices.

  • Ensuring information assets are securely stored, classified and organised

  • Analysing, cleansing, transforming and interpreting data to present useful and meaningful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making.

  • Contributing to Operational Risk and Compliance Management, overseeing and overcoming potential risks of non-compliance with regulatory, legal and ethical frameworks.

About you;

  • Knowledge of database management systems and ETL processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent Administrative / ITC skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask

  • Proven organisational, planning and time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, social services, or similar field.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Proven experience in data management, technical support, or IT services

  • Experience with managing databases, CRM systems, and data reporting tools

  • Minimum HNC/HND (or equivalent) in relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management
