MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Newton Aycliffe area.

The Job You’ll Do;

Working alongside the Site Manager helping the warehouse operation and being an active hands-on member of the team.
Responsible for meeting KPIs set by Team Management
To lead by example.
To ensure all administrative tasks for the warehouse operation are completed where appropriate.
To ensure orders are picked accurately.
To ensure goods-in are receipted in accordance with policy.
Ensure all loads are checked and completed in full prior to dispatch.
Ensure all loads are secure prior to dispatch.
To ensure stock rotation is always maintained.
To load and unload trailers.
To confirm all inbound and outbound loads are accurate. To report any discrepancies to the Site Manager.
To assist with stock cycle count.
To ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
To work efficiently to agreed timescales.
To provide advice and guidance on issues to members of the warehouse team.
To assist the Site Manager helping to train shift employees to meet the required procedures and performance standards and ensure the training is correctly documented.
To support the team’s performance targets and standards in a fair and consistent manner and report any performance issues to the Site Manager.
To ensure that set break times are adhered to by shift staff.
To motivate your team to achieve the highest levels of productivity.
