MTrec’s New Client Opportunity

Our client is a successful and established company based in Crook, County Durham. They are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to work with them on a full time, temp to perm basis. If you meet the person specification for the role below, please apply for an immediate response.

The Role you will be Doing

  • Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times

  • Show excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues

  • Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers and couriers for both products and services

  • Use various IT systems such as Microsoft packages and in house company systems

  • Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and communicate back to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner

  • Have a professional manner when communicating over both the phone and emails

  • Respond to email enquiries regarding sales questions

  • Answer all incoming sales and customer service calls

  • Prepare finance options and applications for the company, and approve/cancel when applicable

  • Send payment emails to customers requesting payment on BACS orders

  • Gain an excellent product knowledge and efficiently assist customers

  • Partake in managing social media platforms

  • Support team members with payment queries

  • Support team with product knowledge

About You

  • Have previous experience in a customer service based role

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Be IT literate

  • Have the drive to maximise sales

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and a customer driven environment
