Our client is a successful and established business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team full time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.
The Job you will be Doing
Answering calls into the department
Booking in deliveries
Liaising between departments
Assist with account management duties as requested
Scheduling deliveries of customer stock
Responsible for the full project process including issuing of detailed works instructions and communication of customer requirements
Liaising with all internal key contacts in a timely and professional manner
Ensure departmental housekeeping is maintained to require standards
About You
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Computer literate
Understanding of customer requirements
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Good time management
Committed and flexible team worker
Proactive and uses initiative
