The Job You’ll Do;
Creating manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD applications from engineering information provided by the design team.
Working with the Contracts & Production departments to ensure all critical manufacturing requirements are captured within the CAD drawings.
Carrying out design QA checks on manufacturing drawings.
Supporting the business with any additional CAD requirements.
To be expected to adapt to the many diverse drawing possibilities within the CAD engineer role.
To work closely with the Contracts and Production Departments.
About You;
Experience of working with AutoCAD & Solidworks is essential.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft IT systems
Ability to use one’s own initiative.
Logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
Have good written & communication skills.
Strong Team player
Experience of Revit drawing applications & RADAN CAD CAM software (desirable)
Educated to Degree level (desirable)
