MTrec was established in June 2006 to truly make a difference in the North East recruitment sector.

The business has retained most of the original team that set up and grew MTrec 18 years ago, which is a testament to the great leadership, systems, values, staff, culture, and its long term customers and candidates that have supported the business on its long and successful journey.

MTrec has a number of new and exciting projects in development, further investments planned for 2024 and a number of new client relationships entering delivery phase over the forthcoming months.
