The Job You’ll be Doing
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Use of switchboard.
Replenishing tea and coffee.
Managing the teams shared inbox.
Booking meeting rooms.
Setting up meeting rooms.
Ordering catering.
Arranging porter requests.
Any other duties as required.
