The job you’ll do:
Conduct internal audits on ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and BRC V6 standards
Coordinate the internal audit team to ensure all audits are carried out on time
Ensure all audit actions are carried out in a timely fashion
Maintain internal calibration processes
Participate in the HACCAP program including risk assessments for food
Update and control the site database of company documents and procedures, to ensure accuracy and compliance
Redesign / transfer all current SOPs into new agreed format, seek approval and publish.
Collect, analyse, and present data on company quality systems
Prepare reports, summarize findings, and recommend solutions to problems identified during audits or investigations
Provide feedback to management regarding improvements that can be made based on findings from audits or investigations
Design and manage (document) briefings and the associated Sign Off sheets and updating the relevant training record.
Complete the administration of Customer Complaints to the given deadlines.
Generate, standardize and co-ordinate all factory SOPs as required.
Raise supplier concerns in the Portal and liaise with relevant suppliers.
Review and manage the action plan with the WCP portal including inputting and updating actions as required
About you:
Knowledge of Internal auditing including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 essential.
Knowledge of BRC v6 and lead auditor experience advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ experience within, or leading, an audit team
Graduate level qualified in a quality, engineering, or science discipline with 4-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in a similar environment.
Team-player, commercially aware, self-starting and change orientated with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills.
A methodical and systematic approach to problem solving.
Computer literate with a good up to date knowledge and understanding of systems, data interfaces, document management and the operational use of spreadsheets.
Demonstrate leadership and change management abilities.
