They are recruiting a Production Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead by example within the factory, managing a small team. The chosen applicant will oversee a small group of engineers in the facility and set an example for others to follow. The job you’ll do:

• Oversight of all incoming and outgoing goods.
  Setting an example in an environment that is initially 80% factory, and 20% office based.

• Serving as the manufacturing floor's go-to person for everyone in need of guidance or assistance.

• Effective communication with every employee in the company.

• A factory figurehead.

• Forecasting.

• Monitoring productivity reports and recording any pertinent data.

• Operations management.

• Taking care of filing-related tasks such as filling lateness and return to work.

About you:

• Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry would be preferred.

• IT Literate

• You may have Lean Management or six Sigma experience/skills.

• Experience of managing or supervising a team.

• Someone who leads by example.

• Hardworking, who is willing to join a small business, to help their growth.
