MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position.
The Job You’ll Do;
Working on a fast paced production environment
Safely use a variety of machinery to manufacture the product
Using hand tools to assemble products
Working on the mutations line involves usage of basic press machines that are pre-set
Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paperwork
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required
About You;
Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
Working either independently or within a team.
Achieve team objectives.
Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
Ability to set and operate the DET and press section of the production line.
Self-motivated and work towards achieving set KPI’s
Able to work well within a team and as an individual within the manual operation of the lay-up area.
Ability to learn and follow quality expectations/standards.
Punctual, self-conscious and willing to be flexible, including overtime
Able to work any required shifts, with the correct notice period.
Ability to scan job travellers and follow basic computer system (scanning).
