Job Summary and Main Duties.
As an on-site recruitment coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a key client’s recruitment operation within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The key part of the role is to ensure all important recruitment information and data is accurately recorded on an in-house and bespoke software system. You will have a keen eye for detail, so all records are checked and there is 100% accuracy. You will administer the system, so all new starters are entered, and all leavers are also updated.

  • You will help support setting up new starters.

  • Ensure all of their compliance items are checked and are accurate.

  • Provide vital administration and data entry support to the recruitment teams.

  • Help support any worker queries and information.

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure he is fully supported in all of his daily tasks.

  • Provide effective and accurate communication with any production supervisors and team leaders, where required.

Experience Required.

  • You must have worked on a computer system to input information and have been highly quality conscious for complete accuracy.

  • A background working in a customer service type role would be highly advantageous.

  • Any experience of working in either a high-volume recruitment type operation or in manufacturing would be an advantage, though not essential.

  • You will be a very strong team player and have very strong communication skills.

  • A very strong desire to work in the recruitment industry is essential. The environment is very fast-moving, target-driven, and client-focused. If you are looking to join a well-established and highly successful recruitment agency, start in a trainee-type role, and learn, develop, and progress, then this is an ideal role for you.

  • You must be able to work at times with minimal supervision and understand and appreciate how important your role is, especially when you are performing a range of repetitive tasks.

  • You will be highly IT literate and have experience working with different computer systems.
