Your Role

As an IT Support Technician, you will:

  • Deliver all aspects of IT support, including onboarding, maintaining, training, and offboarding users and assets.

  • Respond to support requests, log issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.

  • Prioritise responses, deliver technical support, and resolve hands-on issues following standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain and support systems, including Windows clients, servers, and networks.

  • Manage cybersecurity measures, such as firewalls, backups, and antivirus software.

  • Support and maintain devices like PCs, phones, mobiles, printers, and switches.

  • Ensure information and cybersecurity records are updated to support audits and compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to create positive user experiences.

  • Experience managing and maintaining Windows domains, PCs, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of securing Windows clients, servers, and networks.

  • The ability to support the full lifecycle of users and assets, from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Experience in disaster recovery activities.
