Our New Client Opportunity
Our client is a successful and established business based in Billingham. They are looking for an Internal Account Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The job you will be Doing
Building going relationships with trade customers to encourage business growth, using telephone-based prospecting, educating and selling
Carry out prospect calls to non-spending prospects
Account management calls to branches according to call cycles
Work to company and personal KPI’s
Work with line manager to give input on annual strategic plan
Prepare proposals and or quotations for accounts you are responsible for
Work with our marketing team to ensure leads are developed
Send product information as required
Ensure incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
Assist in monitoring trade accounts spend in conjunction with sales target tracking
Assist with driving technology improvement to make department more efficient including CRM etc
Ensure all customer contact details are correct in ERP system
Provide data and reports for line manager as required in a timely manner
Assist with telephone answering as required
Account management of accounts you look after including dealing with queries / issues
About You
Previous customer service experience
Marketing and sales training would be an advantage
Previous experience of using NetSuite is an advantage
Strong team player
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Able to build strong customer relationships
Be comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
Work in alignment with company values
Adaptable to change in a growing and developing business
