They are now looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Advisor as soon as possible to join their highly trained team and to work in an unbelievable office environment.

The Role you will be Doing
Answering inbound calls
Handling customer queries
Accurately setting up new claims
Professional handling of calls to ascertain liability and move forward in a positive manner
Record all relevant information to reduce potential costs and identify indemnity concerns
Making outbound calls when appropriate
Liaising with third parties when necessary to provide excellent customer service to policyholders
About You
Customer Service experience is essential, you must have experience within call-handling in previous roles
Good organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
IT literate
Good communication skills
Ability to take ownership of possible problems
