The Company you’ll work for:
We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Sunderland for their search for a HR Advisor. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.
The job you’ll do:
Support the HR Business Partners with the provision of general HR advice to managers and employees on routine HR issues, HR policies and procedures and terms and conditions of service.
You will be required to take an active role in supporting casework across the company, e.g. investigations, grievance, and capability, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Attendance management.
You will support managers at review meetings taking a proactive role to reduce absence to help achieve company targets.
The successful candidate will assist in researching and developing policy and guidance documents and draft reports and dashboards to be shared with senior management.
You will facilitate the arrangement of regular meetings to include scheduling, room booking, producing agendas, note taking and general administrative support.
About you:
Sound knowledge of attendance management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and recruitment.
Applicants will be working toward or have achieved a CIPD qualification.
Strong administration skills
Must be IT literate
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail
