The business requires a candidate to collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide viable engineering solutions and services.

The Job you will do:
Analyse customer technical requirements and specifications to propose suitable solutions.
Provide technical support and product recommendations and training to internal teams and customers.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotes, and cost analyses for custom and standard applications.
Assist with the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals, product data sheets, and application notes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all solutions provided.
Support production with engineering guidance as needed for custom orders.
Troubleshoot application problems and provide technical support to customers.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional project teams.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to enhance existing products and develop new solutions based on market needs.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
Relevant experience in applications engineering or similar technical support role
Proficient in CAD software or similar engineering design tools.
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems.
Experience with performance testing and analysis is desirable.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is desirable.
