The Job you will be doing
Order entry using bespoke order management software
Tracking and managing any courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time
Communicating with couriers via telephone and email
Communicating with customers via telephone and email
Communicating with suppliers via telephone and email
Completing and updating daily tasks from shared on-line calendar
Answering sales enquiries via phone and email
Serving customers on our trade counter
About you
Previous sales or administration experience in a sales office
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
Good basic level of IT and keyboard skills
Telephone enquiry experience
Parts matching experience using technical drawings of appliances is desirable
Good team player
Polite, friendly and eager to learn
