MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Administrator to start as soon as possible.. This is to cover maternity leave with a potential of securing a permanent contract due to hard work and dedication! The Job you will be doing;
Reviewing job sheets and creating job proposals
Job diary / logistics – speak with customers to arrange times for visits – send service visit forms – raise jobs on both diary system and SAP system – book diary for maintenance days, service contracts – breakdowns
Appointments – booking visits for service to evaluate installation jobs or to do site visits
Calibration equipment and register to be kept up to date.
General Telephone Enquiries
Ad hoc admin duties
Daily usage of Microsoft Packages such as Excel etc.
About you;
Strong administration skills
Employee relationship skills with understanding of H & S issues skills
IT Skills
Time Management skills
Good telephone manner
You must be customer focused, with a proactive approach to day-to-day work as well as being able to maintain effective relationships with current customers.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is essential, experience of SAP and Protean would be helpful but not essential.
You must be a team player, and be able to contribute towards team goals, equally you must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under own initiative at times
