Our client is a successful and established business based in Sunderland. They are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The role you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain an organisational contract monitoring plan to effectively map expected contractual milestones, targets and reporting deadlines.

  • Develop a monitoring framework to collect, collate and analyse information, feedback and evidence to ensure compliance with KPI’s, outcomes and compliance targets.

  • Ensure that the voice of our service users and beneficiaries are at the centre of the services being delivered and collate feedback, reviews and case studies to demonstrate impact and outcomes.

  • Assess and mitigate any potential contractual risks, share insights and early warnings to highlight potential areas of non-compliance or under performance.

  • Co-ordinate an organisation/service -wide, collaborative approach to improving outcomes.

  • Create and present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders to support decision making.

  • Produce and present reports, discussion papers, policy guidelines and other relevant materials as required.

  • Manage own workload and activity so that deadlines are achieved

  • Contribute to the building of effective team working

  • Respond flexibly, prioritising a diverse workload, in order to meet the changing demands of the service

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support for the service.

  • Act as first point of contact ensuring telephone calls and visitors are handled promptly and considerately.

  • Deal with telephone and personal enquiries from members of the public and healthcare professionals; provide information and advice within the boundaries of the role.

  • Ensure all information received as part of the role is handled sensitively and in accordance with policies, procedures and legal requirements relating to confidentiality and the protection of personal and sensitive data.

  • Undertake general office duties (Letter typing, photocopying, filing, ordering, support with office stock control, scanning, post etc.)

  • Support the service with operational commitments to include organising diaries; allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking client appointments, ensuring all appointments are fully utilised.

  • Be responsible for the receipt, processing and associated data entry requirements for all incoming referrals from a variety of referral pathways.
