The Company you will be working for;
Our client is an established and successful company based in Peterlee. They are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below. This is a part time role working 25 hours.
The Job you will be doing
Reconciling vendor and customer transactions
Resolving discrepancies and queries, both internally and externally
Assisting with month end reconciliations and closing activities
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Any ad hoc administration tasks
Additional activities as required to meet business needs
About You
Previous finance experience is preferable, with a good understanding of accounting principles and practices
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong and effective communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems is advantageous
