Job Specification

The Role

• Daily meetings with the Team Leader or supervisor to discuss workload and targets
• To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated warehouse area
• Manually moving stock around the warehouse, ensuring production line is running smoothly
• Manual handling and heavy lifting various materials throughout the day
• Cleaning weld joints of work pieces, use of disc grinders
• Be on hand to help with any assembly work and warehouse duties as required
• Visual quality inspections carried out throughout the day, checking for any issues and faults 
• Carrying out picking and packing duties when required, as set by higher management and team leaders
• Manual handling and heavy lifting duties carried out during each day, good attention to detail
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out labouring duties
• Following companies’ health and safety protocols and maintain high standards
• General housekeeping duties, ensuring workspace is kept clean and safe at all times

• Excellent attitude and attendance required to gain a permanent contract
