Job Specification

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Responsible for supporting, advising, and coaching a team of engineers on technical issues.
  • Responsible for the Scheduling and planning of maintenance of Specialist medical equipment.
  • Responsible for dealing with the organisation’s contracts and contract renewal processes.
  • Report writing, as and when required.
  • Travelling to various sites to liaise with other members of the organisation.
  • Assisting in fault finding activities, as and when required.

About You;

  • You must have previous experience of working in a Field Service Management position.
  • HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering, with a multi skilled background.
  • Scheduling and planning experience and expertise.
  • Experience of report writing.
  • Good understanding of electrical isolation.
  • Being able to work in silo and manage own workload.
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships .
  • Self-motivated – driven to achieve results.
  • High customer service ethic – is passionate about meeting customer expectations and improving service levels.
  • Keeps pace with change – acquires knowledge/skills as the business and products develop.
  • Able to travel to clients within their region and expect to have overnight stays where necessary.
